Journal and Intention Setting
In this special class, we will take some time to tune in, do some gentle movements and breathwork exercises.
Bruna will bring a guided meditation and provide prompts so we can reflect and take some time to set intentions for ourselves. This is a safe space where you can be vulnerable, share what you want to share, and take some time for yourself.
Please bring your own journal or let Bruna know if you need one. We will provide colorful pens and fun journaling materials.

Mom and Me Yoga- ages 13+
Mom and Me Yoga for grown(ish) people!
Practice alongside your mother, child, grandmother, granddaughter, or any important woman in your life. Come engage with your partner for a fun, bonding Mother’s Day experience.
We will do some gentle yoga poses as well as some gentle partner poses. Through breathing, moving, and potentially some giggling, it is sure to be a lovely time!
Each person must sign up individually with their own fit degree profile.

In this workshop, Bruna and Page will dive deep into our chakras and energetic body.
You’ll learn how to locate the seven chakras in your energy body, how they affect your wellbeing and happiness, and how to increase awareness and connect with them in a deeper level.
We will also explore what yoga poses, crystals, and essential oils are associated with each of them.
We will move our bodies and tune in with our inner selves.

Arm Balance Transition Workshop
Let’s take flight together in this advanced workshop where we will break down two side crow poses and learn how to transition from one to another!
We will work on our breath, stretch and prepare our bodies before we start playing with these two fun poses.
Class will be 80 min to allow more time for play time.
