Yoga
Yoga Flow
A yoga class that flows from one pose to the next, linking movement and breath. This class will focus on flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as breathing, stillness, and peace. Expect to move your body in different ways and feel amazing.
Prenatal Yoga
Pregnancy is a lot on the body. Come to this class to connect with others as well as stretching out the places you need. Studies show that people who do yoga while pregnant have an easier delivery.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga targets the deeper connective tissue (fascia) of the joints to increase mobility, stimulate blood flow, and relieve stress. Students breathe and relax into passive stretches typically held for 3-5 minutes each. With numerous benefits for mind and body, yin is a perfect way to wind down after a long day!
Power Flow
A yoga flow class with some extra fun challenges such as arm balances, pose variations, and strength work.
Community Yoga
Fri 6pm- $10 for non-members. Beginner friendly yoga for all!
Vin Yin Yoga
A class that starts with fluid movement to warm up the body, and then ends with slow, relaxing stretches.
Roll and Reset
Work out the kinks from the weekend and prepare for your week ahead with the Roll Model® Method. The Roll Model® Method is a self-care fitness format that uses grippy, pliable, therapy balls for self-myofascial release (self massage) and body awareness. Come roll, reset, and relax.
Strength
Barre Fitness
A fusion of ballet, pilates, yoga, and other fitness modalities, barre is a great way to build strength and cardiovascular health. No dance experience needed. Set to fun, pumping music, this class is sure to have you feeling uplifted and energized!
Kettlebell Fitness
Come learn how to use kettlebells and dumbbells in a fun, functional and engaging way. If you’ve ever wanted to lift weights and strength train, but don’t know how to get started this class is for you. We’ll go over the basics and learn to: push, pull, carry, hinge and squat with confidence. You’ll learn how to choose the right amount of weight (not too little, not too much), how to hold and move with weight, and how to build strength.
