We are combining two hobbies we love – aerial and reading!
Grab your book, dress comfortably, and get cozy reading on the silks. Not feeling the silks? No worries. Feel free to use our mats, bolsters, and blankets.
We will stretch on the silks for about 20 minutes before we get lost in the pages of our favorite books.

Intro to Aerial Yoga
Are you interested in trying aerial yoga, but too nervous to join a class? Or, have you taken a class and felt like you could use a little more explanation? Then this workshop is for you.
During this workshop you will learn foundational poses, detailed explanation of fabric placement, step by step instructions for poses, and what is happening in the body in each pose. After this workshop you will feel confident and comfortable joining an aerial yoga class.
Suitable for beginners and any student who wants to learn more about aerial yoga.

Earth Day Family Yoga
Celebrate Earth Day with movement, breath, and connection in this playful family yoga class! Caregivers and children will explore nature-inspired poses, gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and imaginative movement that helps us connect with the world around us. Together we’ll grow like trees, flow like rivers, and practice caring for our bodies, each other, and our planet.
This class is designed for families to move, laugh, and relax together while cultivating gratitude for the Earth. No yoga experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to play!

Toddler Aerial Fun
Get ready to take a fun class with your favorite littles! We will sing songs, play games, fly, swing, and shake our wiggles out!
Adult participation required. One adult per child please.
Adults and kids are both encouraged to wear clothes that you can move around in. Try to avoid zippers and velcro.

Join us for a relaxing and creative afternoon of crafting! In this workshop, we’ll be making beautiful beaded plants—a fun, mindful craft that brings a little sparkle and greenery to your space (with no watering required!).
Restorative Yoga & Reiki
In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll be guided through gentle, supported restorative yoga poses designed to release tension and invite stillness.

Aerial and Strength Lab
Join us for a 90-minute workshop designed to help you deepen your yoga practice using the aerial hammock for support, strength, and alignment.
We’ll begin with a full-body warm-up, then explore advanced first using the hammock, then transitioning to the mat.
Ideal for students with an active yoga practice who want to build confidence and take their practice to the next level. Aerial experience required.

Sound Bath
Activate your own inner healing as you enter the theta zone on a mind, body, emotional
and spiritual level with the sacred instruments of singing bowls, gong, drum, tuning forks, and voice.
Emphasis on crystal singing bowls and binaural beats are used to resonate with your body’s personal vibration. Some of these simplified tones work to offer a type of biofeedback opening the pathways of mind to body communication, while others work to entrain and strengthen connections. This promotes healing from the inside out.

Kids Aerial Yoga 4 Week Series- Ages 8+
Aerial Yoga is great for kids! Along with traditional yoga poses done with the support of the aerial hammock, kids will learn to safely swing, spin, flip, and hang upside down.
Classes are taught through the spirit and energy of a child- they are fun, energizing, and playful. Kids Aerial class will help increase balance, flexibility, concentration, calming techniques, and confidence.
Drop your child off if you feel comfortable, or, stay and watch.

Arm Balance Workshop
Let’s take flight together in this advanced workshop where we will break down some fun arm balance poses like:
- Crow and variations of crow poses
- Forearm inversion (pincha)
- Flying lizard
We will work on our breath, stretch and prepare our bodies before we start playing with these poses.
Class will be 90 min to allow more time for play.

January Book Club- Empowerment
We will propose a book theme every month, and you can read any book you want in that theme! No pressure to read a specific book.
January's theme is... Empowerment! You can read any book that empowers you. Self improvement, fitness, cooking, autobiography, dark romance, etc. Whatever makes you feel like you can take on the world, we want to hear all about it.
We will talk about the book we read, what we thought about it, if we loved it or not, and discover new awesome books through our lovely friends!
HSY book club is a great way to meet other students and grow this beautiful community.
You can bring a snack or appetizer (no pressure if you don’t want to) and drinks as well.

A Journey Through Chakras
In this workshop, Bruna and Page will dive deep into our chakras and energetic body.
You’ll learn how to locate the seven chakras in your energy body, how they affect your wellbeing and happiness, and how to increase awareness and connect with them in a deeper level.
We will also explore what yoga poses, crystals, and essential oils are associated with each of them.
We will move our bodies and tune in with our inner selves.

Let your child’s imagination take flight in this magical 4-week aerial program! Each week we explore a different Disney-inspired theme while learning beginner aerial skills, building confidence, and having tons of fun in the air.
