Thigh Hitch & Reverse Thigh Hitch Workshop

Ready to feel more confident in your aerial practice? This workshop is designed to help you build a solid foundation in two essential skills: the Thigh Hitch and Reverse Thigh Hitch.

We’ll break each skill down step by step, focusing on proper technique, body positioning, entries, exits, and common troubleshooting tips. Through drills, conditioning, and repetition, you’ll gain the strength, confidence, and muscle memory needed to perform these wraps safely and consistently.

Whether you’ve been struggling to master these skills or simply want to refine your technique, this workshop will help you leave feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to incorporate these foundational wraps into your aerial practice.

Recommended for: Students who have completed at least 4 Aerial Fit & Flow 1 classes and/or have a basic understanding of aerial hammock fundamentals of standing and moving on the band.

We’ll begin with a full-body warm-up, then explore advanced first using the hammock, then transitioning to the mat.
