Join us for a relaxing and creative afternoon of crafting! In this workshop, we’ll be making beautiful beaded plants—a fun, mindful craft that brings a little sparkle and greenery to your space (with no watering required!).
Step into a one-of-a-kind yoga experience where movement, 80’s music, and light come together to spark your inner glow. In this special black light yoga class, the room will be illuminated by UV lights, transforming the space into a vibrant, glowing sanctuary.
Let’s take flight together in this advanced workshop where we will break down two side crow poses and learn how to transition from one to another!
We will work on our breath, stretch and prepare our bodies before we start playing with these two fun poses.
Class will be 80 min to allow more time for play time.
Come to this playful, fun aerial class in celebration of PRIDE month! We will partner up at the studio (no need to sign up with a partner). We will show you what to do, but you are always free to play and experiment as you like.
