Learn how to safely practice and teach aerial yoga! Whether you want to deepen your practice and understanding of aerial yoga, or learn to teach others, this program is for you!
Students will learn:
*Foundational Poses for Aerial Yoga
*Breath, alignment, and verbal cues
*Sequencing poses
*Rigging and Hammock Maintenance
*Spotting and safety procedures
Enjoy a daily practice, a comprehensive manual of poses with instructions and photos, and time for practice teaching.
