Please join Café Alma, Hello Sunshine Yoga, and Doula Family Services for a Pleasant Ridge Halloween March perfect for the stroller crowd, toddlers, and older! Costumes encouraged. The March will end at Café Alma for special Fall themed food! (Make sure to read the details below about ordering your food by the deadline date of 10/24!)

We will meet at Hello Sunshine Yoga at 11 to greet friends and grab props, and then we’ll all march together to Café Alma! Aerial Yoga is great for kids! Along with traditional yoga poses done with the support of the aerial hammock, kids will learn to safely swing, spin, flip, and hang upside down.
Classes are taught through the spirit and energy of a child- they are fun, energizing, and playful. Kids Aerial class will help increase balance, flexibility, concentration, calming techniques, and confidence.
Drop your child off if you feel comfortable, or, stay and watch or participate.
Ages 6 and up.
$60 for the 4 week series
Yoga through the eyes of a child - dance with scarves, pass the ball with your feet, breathe back to back, and more. Yoga is fun for the whole family. Bring your children to this class led by song, rhymes, games, and imagination. All ages welcome.
