Aerial Yoga is great for kids! Along with traditional yoga poses done with the support of the aerial hammock, kids will learn to safely swing, spin, flip and hang upside down. Classes are taught through the spirit and energy of a child- they are fun and playful. Kids Aerial classes will help increase balance, flexibility, concentration, calmness, and confidence.

Drop your child off if you feel comfortable, or, stay and watch.

Kids Aerial Classes are 4 week series, $60.

Ages 6 and up.
