Then this 30 hour in depth aerial yoga teacher training is for you.

Led by studio owner and teacher trainer, Hollie Nesbitt.

You will learn:

*Foundational aerial yoga poses using the silk hammock.

*How to create pose modifications and progressions.

*Aerial alignment and cueing

*How to sequence and teach an aerial yoga class.

*Rigging and Hammock Maintenance.

*How to spot and assist students in the hammock. Safety *procedures.

Included in this training:

-Comprehensive manual w/ poses instructions and photos.

-Five class pass to attend aerial classes.

-Continuing mentorship as needed with Hollie.
