Join Trisha for an afternoon of arm balance play to help refine and refresh your skills. We’ll address common challenges, break down the mechanics and learn helpful skills and drills that you can take with you to build confidence and proficiency in your favorite arm balances. You’ll also learn how to use props creatively to support the learning and balancing process. Have fun, work smart.
