Dark Yoga

Dark Yoga is yoga in a dark room with dark metal music. Feel free to let all that darkness out through moving, maybe screaming, and breathing in community.

It's a metal yoga party! 🤟

Ages 2-4

Get ready to take a fun class with your favorite littles! We will sing songs, play games, fly, swing, and shake our wiggles out!

Adult participation required. One adult per child please.

Adults and kids are both encouraged to wear clothes that you can move around in. Try to avoid zippers and velcro.
