Join us for a 90-minute workshop designed to help you deepen your yoga practice using the aerial hammock for support, strength, and alignment.
We’ll begin with a full-body warm-up, then explore advanced poses like splits, crow, side crow, and bird of paradise first using the hammock, then transitioning to the mat. We’ll finish with drills focused on inversions, shoulder stability, and core engagement, working toward handstands, headstands, and forearm stands both in the fabric and on the floor.
Ideal for students with an active yoga practice who want to build confidence and take their practice to the next level. Aerial experience required.
