Aerial Yoga is great for kids! Along with traditional yoga poses done with the support of the aerial hammock, kids will learn to safely swing, spin, flip, and hang upside down. Classes are taught through the spirit and energy of a child- they are fun, energizing, and playful. Kids Aerial class will help increase balance, flexibility, concentration, calming techniques, and confidence.
