Somatic Breath is a practice of body-mind-centering, using Pranayama as a vehicle for internal insight and discovery. This can deepen any meditation or movement-based practice by bringing mindful awareness to the body through breath.
Workshop Includes:
-A packet of up to 10 Pranayama Practices from "Pranayama: a Compendium..." by Linda Oshens, coloring pages, Radiance Sutras, and extra pages for notes/journaling
-A Somatic Breath Practice with up to 5 different Pranayama
-Journaling/Drawing/Meditation time
-Lung/Nasal Anatomy Coloring and Discussion
-Choice of Partner or Solo Lung/Nose Practice
-Discussion of included practices and Sutras (if time allows)
-Quick ending practice with Sutra
