Aerial Yoga: Winter Solstice Candlelight Edition. December 20th 7-8:30pm
Spend this Winter Solstice hanging out in a silk hammock surrounded by candle light.

We will take a moment to say good-bye to that which no longer serves you, making space for the new.

We’ll celebrate longer days ahead as the SUN starts to stay a little longer each day forward.

Hammocks will be low-hanging for this Restful and restorative aerial yoga class.
